This notice explains the current project-inquiry workflow on the Yave Rust website. Yave Rust is an audio production and engineering project based in Richmond, Virginia. For questions about your inquiry or personal information, contact Yave Rust through WhatsApp at +1 (571) 268-4494.

What you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, country and a short description of your project. These details help Yave Rust understand the project and contact you. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, health information or confidential files in the inquiry.

How the form works

Preparing an inquiry creates a message in your browser. This version of the website does not send the form to a server-side contact database or save it in browser storage. Choosing “Review in WhatsApp” places the entered details in a WhatsApp link and opens WhatsApp so you can review the message. You must press Send in WhatsApp to deliver it to Yave Rust. Opening that link may disclose its contents to WhatsApp and leave it in your browser or application history, even before you send the message.

Purpose and consent

Yave Rust uses information you send to respond to your inquiry, discuss recording, mixing or mastering needs, and coordinate a potential project. The form's required checkbox records your acceptance in the prepared message. It is not consent to unrelated marketing. Contact details from this form are not offered for sale or used to subscribe you to a mailing list.

Recipients and external services

WhatsApp, operated by Meta, processes information under its own terms and Privacy Policy. Authorized people assisting Yave Rust with your inquiry may receive information relevant to that work. If a project requires an additional collaborator, relevant project information can be discussed with you before sharing. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

The original project-form link opens Google Forms, which follows Google's own privacy practices. The embedded Bandcamp player contacts Bandcamp when you approach the music player, and may use third-party cookies or related technology. Review Bandcamp's Privacy Policy. External social and Reverb links follow the policies of those platforms. Your browser and any future website-hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type and basic request logs to serve and protect the site.

Next-session email offer

The optional 10% discount form asks only for your email and consent to contact you about that offer. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. In this local preview, its email-reception service is not connected: pressing the button does not send or save your email and explains that signup opens at launch. When a receiving service is configured, the form will send your email, consent, offer details and policy version to that service for Yave Rust to follow up. The receiving provider and this notice must be updated and verified before enabling the form publicly.

A non-personal session flag remembers that the offer popup was shown, so it is not repeatedly displayed in the same browser session. It does not contain your email or other contact details. Contact forms do not save their values in browser storage.

Retention and requests

Information in a sent inquiry may remain in Yave Rust's business conversation history while it is needed to respond, manage a project or meet a legal obligation. You can use the contact link above to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent, or to withdraw permission for future contact. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and any necessary project or recordkeeping obligations. Deleting information from Yave Rust's records does not automatically delete copies controlled by WhatsApp or other providers.

International inquiries and security

Yave Rust operates in the United States. If you contact Yave Rust from another country, your information may be handled in the United States and in locations used by the communication providers. Use only information needed for the inquiry. No website or communication service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

This website is intended for artists and project contacts, and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact Yave Rust if a child has submitted personal information so it can be addressed. Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date.

Terms of use

These terms apply to browsing and using the Yave Rust website. The Privacy Notice above explains the inquiry workflow. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit information through the contact form.

Music, artwork and studio content

Music and album artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. Brand names, equipment images and trademarks belong to their owners. Previews are provided through the official music player to help visitors explore the records. Website access does not grant permission to download, copy, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit music, artwork or brand assets outside the permissions offered by their owners.

Participation credits

The portfolio presents selected records and collaborations. Recording, mixing and mastering roles vary by release. A project's inclusion does not mean Yave Rust performed every role, owns the record or is endorsed by every artist or equipment manufacturer. The Credits & Mastering text identifies the stated collaboration; detailed credits should be checked against the individual release.

Project inquiries and service agreements

An inquiry is a request for a conversation. Submitting it does not reserve studio time, create a service contract or guarantee acceptance, pricing, delivery dates or a particular outcome. Any paid project requires a separate agreement covering its scope, fees, deliverables and other relevant conditions.

Session offer and equipment-price references

The website presents a 10% discount offer for your next session with Yave Rust. An email request is not a studio reservation or a confirmed booking; session scope and price are agreed separately. Reverb links are external references for learning about equipment prices, not equipment sold by Yave Rust. Listings, condition, edition, shipping, tax and availability may change. A single-unit price is not a stereo-pair price. Where new stock for the exact model was not confirmed, the site labels the link as an availability check rather than a guaranteed new price.

Your submissions

Provide accurate contact information and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not use the form or communication links for spam, unlawful content, impersonation or attempts to interfere with the website or other users. Your inquiry grants Yave Rust permission to use its details to evaluate and respond to that inquiry; it does not transfer ownership of your music or creative work.

External services and availability

Bandcamp, WhatsApp, Google Forms and social platforms operate independently of Yave Rust. Their own terms govern your use of those services. Preview availability, browser compatibility and external links may change. Website content is provided for general information; Yave Rust may correct, update or remove it. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
